HeartMath actually increases your ability to appreciate and have compassion for yourself through all phases of your life experiences. It only takes three minutes to do! As a spiritual practice, do this several times a day. Whenever your feeling any negative emotion, HeartMath breathing will decrease it's effects and lead you back to the present moment. Present moment awareness is the only place you have power. You can't change the past, or navigate the future. The now is the only place to be.
HeartMath technology is an innovative approach to improving emotional wellbeing. Learn to change your heart rhythm pattern to create physiological coherence; a scientifically measurable state characterized by increased order and harmony in our mind, emotions and body. One of the most effective ways to help ourselves and help humanity at the same time is to deepen our heart connections with each other. Neuroscience has found that our brains are wired for positive connections with others. When we’re in heart-based interactions, our brains release feel-good chemicals that have beneficial effects on our entire system.
Heart Math Breathing
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths inhaling into your nose and out through your mouth. Now focus your attention on your heart chakra in the middle of your chest. Now take three deep breaths breathing in through your nose and out through your heart chakra in the middle of your chest. Again take three deep breaths and this time allow something your are grateful for to enter your mind. It can be anything, your pet, your family, your garden, a trip you just took, your health or even the lack of it, which is teaching you something about yourself and the world. Open your eyes.
Allowing Emotional, Mental, and Physical Healing
To start say this three times a day to allow your symptoms to subside. When you have rid yourself of your problem once a day to keep it at bay is sufficient.
Do HeartMath breathing and then say this out loud:
Even though I have this belief I that I am unable to heal, I acknowledge it’s no longer working for me. I give my subconscious full permission to help me clear it from all of my cells in all of my body, permanently & completely. I am now free to release all resistances to letting it go. I am now free to release all ideas that I need it for any reason at all. I am now free to release all harmful patterns, emotions and memories connected to this old outdated belief. I am now free to release all generational or past life memories keeping it stuck. All of my being is healing and clearing this energy now. Including any stress response stored in my cells. Healing, healing, healing. Clearing, clearing, clearing. I am now free to thank this old belief for serving me in the past when maybe I really needed it. It is now time to install the new belief that I can heal, that I deserve to heal. Installing, installing, installing. Installing, installing, installing. And so it is done.
